We allow vehicles to be taken one-way however there may be costs associated with this, depending on your corporate account contract or according to the rates agreed while booking.
Yes. We generally take all our bookings at least 4-5 hours prior to journey. In case of an emergency booking, it can be taken care in 30 minutes depending upon vehicle availability.
Should you need to amend/extend or cancel a future reservation that has not yet started, you can do this through the means you used to create the reservation. In case you need to amend or extend a live rental, please contact the rental branch.
Roadside assistance is provided in case of mechanical breakdown. Our drivers are equipped with minor technical know-how. In case of a major breakdown a backup vehicle will be deployed from the nearest location.

You will get a computer-generated PDF invoice copy mentioning all key details related to your trip. The same will be sent to you over WhatsApp or email. You can also ask us to incorporate your company GST details too.
